General Warranty Terms
The warranty period is specified in the product description. If not indicated in the product description, the warranty is a minimum of 6 months. The warranty starts on the day the product is delivered to the buyer (for products intended for home use).
The warranty covers technical damages and malfunctions throughout the warranty period.
The warranty period is paused for the time during which the buyer cannot use the product due to damages that are repaired after the warranty.
This warranty does not exclude or limit the buyer's rights to use other legal remedies in accordance with the law or contract.
Rights and Obligations of the Sales Warranty Provider
The seller must respond to the buyer's product damage claim within 14 days to ensure quality repair work and parts.
The diagnostic and repair time depends on the type of household appliance and its damage. Usually, it does not exceed 14 days. The actual repair period is coordinated during equipment repair.

For products intended for home use, if purchased by a legal entity, the warranty period is 3 months.
This warranty does not apply to external parts of the equipment, light bulbs, and other parts with limited service life.
This warranty does not cover damages to other devices or objects that have occurred as a result of using the product.
The warranty obligations do not apply if the purchase receipt (if issued) is lost. (For products purchased online, a receipt is not necessary; the invoice or receipt is valid.)
The warranty does not cover defects caused by voltage fluctuations in the electrical network, as well as damages caused by natural disasters (lightning, thunder, fire, water) or other force majeure events. Also, the warranty does not apply if the customer brings a product equipped with an electric plate, which requires power, into the room from the outside (in winter) and immediately connects it to the power, resulting in device malfunction due to condensation. When purchasing a product in winter, if it is transported in the cold or left in the cold for a period, it must be left in a warm room for at least 24 hours.
Returned products are not accepted. It is possible to exchange the product or receive a refund in case the technical defect cannot be resolved due to a lack of spare parts.
The buyer has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement and request a refund if the product has not been delivered to the buyer. The refund will be made no later than 30 days from the day of the request.
If, after completing the repair, the buyer does not retrieve their equipment within 2 (two) months from the moment when they are notified of the completion of the repair, following the agreed communication method, the buyer waives the aforementioned equipment in favor of the seller, and the seller has the right to sell it, including covering the costs incurred as a result of repair and storage.
The warranty is not valid if
The product has been used in violation of its intended use or for unintended purposes.
The equipment has mechanical damage.
Household appliances have been improperly connected to the electrical network.
There has been a voltage surge or drop in the electrical networks during the operation of the equipment, causing damage to the equipment.
Liquid has entered switches and/or other electrical parts.
The equipment is moved or transported in an inappropriate manner, resulting in damage. In this case, the buyer assumes responsibility for the damaged product.
It is clearly stated at the time of purchase "warranty does not apply to this product" or in a similar manner indicating the absence of a warranty for a specific product.
Return of Goods
The buyer has the right to exchange the product purchased in an online store or received from the warehouse for an equivalent one or return it within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be returned in its packaging, with prior notification by email ([email protected]) or by phone. Please indicate the product code, name, price, and the reason for the return. We will contact you immediately to arrange the return of the product. The buyer covers the transportation costs.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the date of return of the goods. The money will be refunded to the same account from which the payment for the product was made.
Returned goods must be clean, packaged, and fully assembled. Contact us to help find the best solution to your problem.

The Seller is not responsible for
About goods that the buyer has damaged.
About improper use of the product.
About damages that occurred during transportation.
If the usage instructions are not followed, incorrect device maintenance occurs, or overloading.
In case of incorrect installation and use or non-compliance with safety techniques when connecting to the network.
If the device has been repaired by an incompetent person or service center.
For reasons beyond the seller's control (accidents, storms, fire, lightning, electrical surges, short circuits, high humidity, etc.).
About natural wear and tear.
Seller's rights and obligations
The seller has the right to make changes to the management of the online store without notifying buyers, only updating the information on the website.
The seller can terminate the sales agreement if payment for the product is not made on time.
If the ordered goods are not available in the store for any reason, the seller can replace them with an equivalent product with the buyer's consent.
The seller is not responsible for any damage caused for technical reasons during online purchases. Technical reasons include internet connection interruptions, server errors, etc.
Re&Tu is not liable for delayed delivery of ordered goods due to the transport company's fault or other reasons beyond its control.
This purchase-sale agreement is concluded in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. All misunderstandings should be resolved in the best interests of the customer through negotiations to find the best solution.
